Some staff are amazing others don't know there head from there rear. Took my son in they told me just a cold I insisted the had RSV like my oldest they said he didn't he was fine. Three days later he was in the ER with pneumonia. The ER with a simple test determined he had RSV and had nebulizer been given he would have been fine. Fast forward 6 months. Went in for checkup got home and went through paperwork and realized they gave me shot paperwork except they never gave him any shots. Called and I got "oh geeze sorry let's set up another appointment"
