I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! I canceled my policy and am still waiting for my reimbursement check more then 3 months later. I cancelled 2 wks before the automatic payment was to be taken out of my account and they said it wouldn't get taken out and it still did. I've called and emailed them many times and they are always so rude and tell me they have to wait to hear back from billing and will email me and never do. They claim they sent the check to an old address when I told them many times of my new address to send it to, and they claim I canceled my policy wks later then I did and they owe me less then half of what they actually do. I still haven't received anything and am fed up with it all. They are the absolute worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with and I just want my $ back. Worst experience with a company I've ever had!
You guys are great you always keep me informed on what is what with my policy and always work hard to get me the lowest rate. I would not change my insurance company for the world. If ever I need something done you are always right on top of it. Thank you Allstate your hard work is apprecuated.
