My husband and I moved to the old town area in 2014. After living in the Bangor area for multiple years we really enjoyed Papa John's Pizza. After moving to Old Town we found out the Papa John's does not deliver to our area, we've had dominoes before so we decided to give this one a try. We continue to order from the same store the last 3 years. Never had an issue with them they're always so friendly. We definitely plan to continue to order from this dominoes for as long as we live in Old Town. Maybe even longer depending on where we end up in the next few years.

I don't even want to give this place one star. I've ordered here many times and every time something is wrong with my order, every time! They have forgotten drinks, sauces, and gotten my order completely wrong at times. But last night I ordered again, I only live a few minutes away so it's convenient or I wouldn't have even ordered. They took almost two hours to get our food to us, now I know its a Friday night and all but I'm literally like two minutes away with traffic. But whatever we ordered a little after 6 and got out food at 8, we'll live right? Well they also forgot all but one of the sauces I ordered, normally I wouldn't care but this literally happens every time! The food was okay but not great and it took way to long plus they forgot stuff again. I had called after waiting forever and they just said the guy was out with our food and that he has left over an hour before. Then I called again when we got our food and were missing our sauces and the guy did give us a $5 credit and all but it's useless because I won't be ordering from here again. You guys almost never get it right and I don't know how you don't have more bad reviews. There is another pizza place in the same strip mall, I guess I'll just order from there from now on. Maybe they can get it right.
